Description
INFUSE is hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end development and implementation of internal systems and business processes. The role covers requirements gathering, stakeholder discovery, cross-functional delivery, risk and dependency management, change management, KPI monitoring, data analysis, reporting, and process improvement. Candidates need at least three years of project management experience, business process analysis or product workflow experience, cross-functional stakeholder experience, AI implementation experience, strong communication skills, and English at least at B2 level. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 1:00/2:00 PM to 9:00/10:00 PM EET, with reduced Friday hours during the summer.
