Description
Ingenia is hiring an experienced Project Manager to join its Toowoomba team and manage land-lease community developments from planning through completion. Reporting to the Queensland Construction Manager, the role oversees contractors, budgets, programmes, contracts, claims, risks, quality, safety, compliance, handovers, and defects resolution while coordinating with development, sales, operations, and a Home Delivery Coordinator. The position is predominantly on site and requires experience delivering residential, civil, commercial, or land development projects, along with knowledge of project programming, tendering, costing, contract administration, quality control, and defects management.
