Description
The Project Manager provides overall management direction for single or multiple projects, including scope, schedule, budget, client and vendor coordination, material and installation readiness, cost and billing control, change orders, and project documentation. The role oversees on-site construction activities through an on-site construction manager, supports Project Engineers, manages safety requirements, and maintains relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, general contractors, owners, and architects. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 0–4 years of experience, with intermediate financial acumen, MS Office proficiency, and strong communication and organizational skills.
