Description
ITC Construction is hiring a full-time Project Manager to oversee assigned projects under the direction of the Project Director. The role manages project budgets, schedules, quality, and human resources; participates in contract negotiation and Letter of Intent preparation; and monitors construction compliance with master schedules, budgets, and contract documents. The position also handles project documentation, drawings, change orders, RFI’s, and inspection reports. A bachelor’s degree or diploma in civil engineering or a related field is preferred, along with 5–10 years of construction project management experience, preferably on high-rise residential projects. Compensation is $110,000–$140,000, with possible variation based on experience and qualifications.
