Itero Group is hiring a Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new EHR system and transition it into program operations and maintenance. The role manages project activities, governance, technical initiatives, vendors, and organizational change management, with a two-days-per-week schedule in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Candidates must have an active PMP, seven to nine years of relevant project management experience, and experience with EHR, EMR, health informatics, or health IT; OCM experience with independent customers is preferred.
