Description
The Project Manager will support transportation, utilities, and financial-systems projects in Elkhart, Indiana, on a six-month contract with possible extension. The role coordinates stakeholders and consultants, develops work breakdown structures, monitors schedules, manages scope and change orders, allocates resources, supports project decision-making and issue resolution, maintains PMO artifacts and databases, tracks expenses and budgets, and reports project performance. The position requires at least three to five years of relevant project development and oversight experience, knowledge of project management and technical documentation, Microsoft Project scheduling, and strong communication skills; PMP certification and Microsoft Visio knowledge are preferred.
