Kerry is hiring a Project Lead to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from definition through implementation and value realization. The role owns strategic project delivery, business leadership, governance, stakeholder alignment, financial performance, and PMO capability, while managing risks, decisions, dependencies, and organizational change. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline, demonstrated experience leading complex initiatives, matrixed-environment experience, formal project management training, and strong project planning, governance, reporting, risk, and collaboration skills. The typical base salary is $88,100 to $144,800 annually, with benefits including a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and retirement contribution.
