Molex is hiring a Project Manager in Kanoya, Kagoshima to lead electrical and optical connector development projects. The role plans and schedules product and manufacturing processes, monitors progress from equipment manufacturing through sample delivery and mass production, manages people, materials, systems, and budgets, creates tooling strategies, coordinates stakeholders, and manages project risks. Candidates need hands-on project management experience, scheduling and planning skills, risk-management ability, project-management tool experience, fluent Japanese, and business-level English.
