Description
Laland Baptiste, LLC is hiring a mid-level Project Manager to oversee a large, complex phased renovation project in Albany, New York. The role coordinates contractors, architects, engineers, consultants, and stakeholders; monitors schedules, budgets, construction progress, and quality; manages RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation; coordinates phasing and site logistics; resolves construction and coordination issues; leads project meetings; and supports closeout and turnover. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field is required, while PE experience is preferred but not required. The position pays $75–$80 per hour and includes medical, dental, vision, insurance, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
