Description
Lazo is hiring a Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects between its operations and product teams. The role translates requirements into actionable plans, coordinates priorities and dependencies, maintains project status, runs standups and planning meetings, documents processes and decisions, and tracks metrics for leadership. It requires a startup mindset, autonomy, organization, strong communication, prior project management, operations, or coordination experience in fast-paced environments, familiarity with project management tools, and interest in AI. Fintech, SaaS, or professional services experience, English fluency, and familiarity with structured operating frameworks are preferred.
