Description
The Project Manager will inspect and surveil difficult and complex construction projects, verify compliance with plans and specifications, coordinate scheduling and work methods, resolve technical and contractual issues, approve submittals and plan changes, monitor progress and costs, and report on claims or contract deficiencies. The role requires at least eight years of construction project, inspection, and surveillance experience, the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance, and proficiency with construction-related software and analytical, communication, and project-management skills.
