Description
Yearout Mechanical is hiring a Project Manager to lead mechanical construction projects from planning and scheduling through completion and warranty. The role manages budgets, change orders, subcontractors, vendors, quality control, safety compliance, BIM coordination, site visits, and client communication. It requires commercial construction experience, project scheduling and budgeting skills, mechanical-systems knowledge, Microsoft Office 365 and project management software proficiency, OSHA 10 or higher, and the ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds. The position is onsite, requires U.S. work authorization, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
