Lightshift Energy is hiring a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage the construction of battery energy storage system projects across the Midwest, Northeast, and East Coast. The role oversees project schedules, budgets, resources, procurement, contractors, site inspections, safety compliance, documentation, change orders, and stakeholder communication. The position prefers reporting from Lightshift’s Arlington, Virginia headquarters, with remote employment considered for exceptionally qualified candidates. Compensation is $80,000 to $160,000 plus annual cash bonuses and a benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.
