Lindsay Construction is hiring a mid-level, full-time Project Manager for the Cape Breton Regional Hospital project. Reporting to the Regional Manager, the role leads project teams through bidding, planning, coordination, scheduling, cost control, quality, safety, client communication, and payment administration. The position requires 5–7 years of commercial, industrial, and institutional building construction experience, post-secondary education in engineering or a construction-related field, healthcare project experience, and familiarity with estimating, scheduling, subcontract coordination, and material procurement.
