LIST Bau Stuttgart is hiring a Project Manager to take full commercial and technical responsibility for construction projects from pre-award planning through execution, acceptance, and defect rectification. The role leads construction-site teams, manages subcontractors and suppliers, communicates with clients and authorities, monitors costs and billing, and ensures quality and safety. Candidates need a civil engineering degree or comparable technical qualification, several years of construction or project management experience, knowledge of VOB and contract management, strong leadership and communication skills, and a driver’s license with occasional travel.
