Description
The Insurance Client Services Representative supports insurance clients by responding to inquiries, maintaining records, setting up new coverage, gathering exposure and loss-run information, requesting and auditing quotes, binding coverage, processing policies and invoices, preparing presentation materials, and monitoring regulatory and industry changes. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field or equivalent experience, typically three to seven years of client-services experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, communication ability, confidentiality, organization, travel, and U.S. work eligibility.
