Description
The Project Manager, Construction independently manages moderate to large-scale commercial construction and capital improvement projects, serving as the primary owner and client contact. The role owns budgets, schedules, vendor and contractor performance, contracts, permitting, site quality and safety, project accounting, risk resolution, and closeout activities. It requires a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field, at least five years of commercial construction or tenant improvement project management experience, and authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. The position is 100% in-office and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance.
