LS3P is hiring a Project Manager for its Greensboro office to oversee architectural production projects from client engagement through contract closeout. The role manages budgets, schedules, proposals, contracts, billing, quality assurance, design assignments, multidisciplinary coordination, and client relationships while serving as the Architect in Responsible Charge. Candidates need a registered architect status, a bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from a NAAB-accredited university, and at least eight years of design experience; Revit proficiency and LEED accreditation are preferred. A cover letter, resume, and portfolio demonstrating Revit and rendering skills are required.
