Description
Mahlum is hiring a design-forward Project Manager for its Seattle office to lead complex K–12 architecture projects from early concept through construction administration. The role coordinates clients, design teams, consultants, permitting agencies, and internal teams; manages scope, schedule, budget, quality, documentation, and project delivery; mentors design staff; and supports proposals and client pursuits. Candidates need 12+ years of architecture experience, including at least 3 years leading PK–12 projects, along with project delivery, Revit, and Washington or Oregon licensure or reciprocity eligibility. The position offers a starting annual salary of $105,150 to $135,000 in Seattle, plus discretionary bonus compensation and comprehensive benefits.
