Description
The Project Manager will plan, coordinate, execute, and close out commercial mechanical projects involving refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, equipment replacement, remodels, and new construction throughout the Midwest. The role serves as the primary customer and stakeholder contact, manages schedules, resources, change orders, budgets, procurement, vendors, subcontractors, documentation, safety, and quality, and coordinates with field teams and leadership. The position requires commercial construction or mechanical contracting project management experience, knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing systems, and willingness to travel throughout the Midwest.
