The role manages MAC jobs, resources, schedules, procurement, customer communications, billing, project closeout, handoffs to Service, and NCCO quotes through NetSuite. Candidates should have experience organizing multiple projects, using ERP systems, and developing management reports, along with strong communication and collaboration skills. The position requires indoor work, frequent travel, and no direct reports.
