Description

MDC Homes is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee custom home construction projects from beginning to end. The role involves managing timelines, budgets, subcontractor and vendor relationships, and client communications to ensure timely, high-quality deliveries. This is a full-time, in-person position located in Chattanooga, TN.

Required Skills

General Residential construction knowledge and experience
Experience as a Project Manager, or related position within the residential construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
