Description
The Project Manager leads commercial flooring projects from purchase order through closeout, overseeing materials, schedules, site inspections, quality, budgets, client and contractor relationships, and installation teams. The role manages multiple projects, coordinates with general contractors, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and installation teams, and supervises in-house field staff. It requires at least four years of commercial construction project management experience, with commercial flooring experience preferred, and offers a $85,000–$100,000 DOE salary plus benefits.
