Description
The Construction Project Manager oversees the cost, schedule, quality, risk, cash flow, billing, subcontractor coordination, and closeout of assigned construction projects. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Primavera P6, Procore, and Bluebeam. It is a day-shift position with 25–50% travel, primarily an office environment with frequent construction-site visits, and a salary range of $75,000 to $120,000 based on experience.
