Description
Mission Critical Group is hiring a Project Manager to lead complex, engineered-to-order power-systems projects from kickoff through delivery. The role owns schedule, scope, budget, risk, procurement, production, testing, shipping, change orders, customer communication, and cross-functional coordination, while partnering with engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, quality, and customer teams. The position follows a Monday-to-Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. schedule and requires at least two years of complex manufacturing project experience, relevant industry experience, ERP and scheduling tool knowledge, and strong leadership and communication skills.
