Description
MP Materials is hiring a Capital Projects Project Manager to execute and deliver small-to-medium capital projects for a ~250,000-square-foot magnetics manufacturing facility. The role owns project delivery after release for execution, oversees external contractors from scope development through start-up and commissioning, manages engineering, procurement, construction progress, risks, changes, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communication, and supports the conceptualization of future projects. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management and at least five years of project leadership experience in industrial or high-tech manufacturing are required.
