National Highways is hiring a Project Manager to plan and manage a portfolio of roadside operational technology renewal projects across the Yorkshire North East region. The role oversees external contractors and consultants, manages programmes, financial reporting, risk, contracts, stakeholder relationships, and project delivery performance, and is based in Wakefield or Darlington. Candidates should have relevant engineering or civil engineering, technology, or infrastructure project experience, portfolio and project management experience, contract management experience including NEC4 forms, and strong stakeholder communication skills.
