NCC is hiring a permanent Project Manager for its Building Southeast department in Jönköping. The role leads one or more construction projects from start to finish, coordinating production, personnel, site managers, project engineers, and foremen while meeting time, quality, cost, and customer expectations. Responsibilities include production planning, estimates and budgeting, financial follow-up, contract-law knowledge, customer collaboration, and coaching leadership. The position requires construction-production experience, strong project and personnel leadership, and a valid Category B driver’s license; post-secondary education in construction technology is advantageous. The role is based in Jönköping with travel within the department’s geographic area and includes background checks.
