Description
NCCI is hiring a Project Manager to lead business and technology initiatives supporting the workers' compensation industry. The role manages cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle, including scope, schedules, budgets, resources, quality, risks, documentation, deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholder communication. It requires a bachelor's degree or additional related experience, at least five years of project-related experience including three years leading projects, and proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office. The position is flexible-hybrid and requires the candidate to be local to the Boca Raton, Florida headquarters; NCCI does not sponsor work visas.
