Nelson Construction & Development is hiring a full-time Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects valued from $1 million to $30 million across multifamily, senior living, hospitality, municipal, and mixed-use sectors in the Midwest. The role coordinates owners, design teams, subcontractors, and field leadership; manages budgets, change orders, procurement, schedules, quality, documentation, and project communications; and requires a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field plus 3–10 years of commercial construction project management experience. The position works from both office and active construction sites, with occasional travel, and offers a salary of $95,000–$130,000 plus performance-based bonuses and health, dental, and vision insurance.
