Description
The Project Manager will own pre-launch and in-flight coordination for LilyPad projects, serving as the primary customer and internal-team contact. The role manages contractor scheduling, project documentation, permitting, timelines, kick-off meetings, installation-phase communications, risk escalation, and cross-functional coordination with engineering, procurement, and field operations. Candidates should have project coordination or project management experience, preferably in construction, electrical, or infrastructure projects, along with strong scheduling, communication, documentation, and risk-management skills.
