Description
The Project Manager serves as the key liaison between Northeastern University, consultants, and contractors, overseeing procurement, project administration, scope, contracts, payments, change orders, cost and schedule control, and quality assurance. The role may involve leadership or management of administrative staff, assistant project managers, and other personnel, and may partner with the Director of Work Management to establish performance metrics and corrective actions. A bachelor's degree and 5–10 years of related experience in construction, architecture, or project management are required, with supervisory responsibilities possible depending on project scope.
