OCMI is hiring a Project Manager in Long Beach, California to lead a long-term capital improvement program for a higher education client. The role manages renovation and facility improvement projects involving fire and life-safety, accessibility, code compliance, building systems, and infrastructure upgrades in active, occupied facilities. Responsibilities include stakeholder communication, project controls, documentation, field coordination, schedule and budget monitoring, risk management, and closeout. The position requires at least seven years of construction project management experience, with higher education, occupied-facility, and capital-improvement experience preferred. Compensation is $140,000 to $155,000, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement matching, and paid leave benefits.
