The role manages project scope, schedules, budgets, contracts, teams, risks, quality reviews, client relationships, documentation, and staff mentorship. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, at least 8 years of highway or municipal design experience, project management experience, Professional Engineer registration, and experience with MicroStation or AutoCAD Civil 3D.
