Description
PADNOS is hiring a Precision Machining and Fabrication Sales Engineer to generate new business, consult on machining and fabrication needs, prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate terms, and manage projects from sales through production and installation. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, strong communication and computer skills, and 3–5 years of experience in engineering or project management; SolidWorks and AutoCAD experience is preferred. The position also involves cross-functional leadership, risk and stakeholder management, budget and schedule control, quality assurance, and reporting.
