Paslay Group is seeking a highly experienced PROJECT MANAGER - CONCESSIONS CONSULTING SERVICES to lead client concessions consulting engagements. The successful candidate will manage projects from inception to execution, involving collaboration with airport leaders, resource scheduling, master plan development, RFP creation, and daily client interaction. This role requires extensive knowledge of airport functions, strong analytical and financial skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Required Previous Experiences: 10 years’ experience in the airport concessions business.
10 years’ experience in airport concessions management.
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with airport planning, building design, and construction.
Experience leading concessions planning, leasing, operations, and financial performance.
Ability to collaborate and to perform independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software (Word, Outlook, Excel, PPT, etc.).
Experience delivering professional, persuasive communications to senior leadership and executives, both written and verbal.
Exceptional critical thinking and business strategy skills.
Ability to travel as needed.
