PCI is hiring an experienced Project Manager for its PCI Dallas 114 operations in West Texas/Panhandle to support commercial construction projects. The role covers safety, quality control, RFI and submittal preparation, estimating, job scheduling, labor control, subcontractor coordination, warranties, customer relations, and job cost control. Candidates need 3–5 years of interior construction management experience, specialty-construction estimating and project-management experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, the ability to read specifications and drawings, and strong communication, customer-service, multitasking, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills. A bachelor’s degree in Construction Science or Construction Management, OSHA certification, and local metro-area availability are preferred. The position offers an annual salary of $94,000–$125,000 plus a non-guaranteed annualized bonus program and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
