Description

Planate Management Group (PMG) is hiring an experienced Project Manager for the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades project at the Doris Miller Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Waco, Texas. The role is contingent on contract award and involves managing project activities across the VA design and construction delivery process, coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring schedules and budgets, overseeing construction administration, and supporting issue resolution, claims analysis, and dispute resolution for a healthcare/regulatory environment.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a closely related field
Required Previous Experiences: 7 years of verifiable experience managing construction or renovation projects of comparable size, scope, and complexity
10 years of progressively responsible construction project management experience in lieu of a degree
Experience serving in a project management role on at least 3 projects of similar scale and complexity
Preferred Qualifications: PMP, CCM, PE, or RA credentials are highly desirable
Experience in healthcare or similarly regulated environments
Familiarity with TJC, OSHA, and VA policies and design standards
Ability to obtain VA PIV card and complete privacy and cyber security training
Valid US driver's license and ability to pass NACI
