Description

Planate Management Group (PMG) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades project at the Doris Miller Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Waco, Texas. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the project, including activity management, stakeholder coordination, budget monitoring, schedule tracking, issue resolution, and ensuring compliance with project requirements. The position is contingent upon contract award and has a potential period of performance of up to two years.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Ten (10) years of progressively responsible construction project management experience.
Seven (7) years of verifiable experience managing construction or renovation projects of comparable size, scope, and complexity.
Successfully served in a project management role on at least three (3) projects of similar scale and complexity.
Preferred Qualifications: Professional credentials such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Professional Engineer (PE), or Registered Architect (RA), where applicable, are highly desirable.
Demonstrated experience in project delivery, including schedule management, cost control, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and oversight of construction contract administration.
Meet or exceed applicable professional practice and performance standards, including The Joint Commission (TJC), OSHA, and VA policies and design standards.
