Description

Planate Management Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager for the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades project at the Doris Miller Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Waco, Texas. The role is responsible for coordinating stakeholders, managing schedules and budgets, resolving issues, overseeing construction administration, and supporting testing, inspections, commissioning, claims analysis, and dispute resolution. It is contingent on contract award, expected to begin September 1, 2026, and requires substantial construction project management experience, with preference for credentials such as PMP, CCM, PE, or RA.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a closely related field, or 10 years of progressively responsible construction project management experience in lieu of a degree
Required Previous Experiences: 7 years of verifiable experience managing construction or renovation projects of comparable size, scope, and complexity
Experience serving in project management roles on at least 3 projects of similar scale and complexity
10 years of progressively responsible construction project management experience in lieu of a degree
Preferred Qualifications: PMP, CCM, PE, or RA credentials
Experience in healthcare or similarly regulated environments
Familiarity with TJC, OSHA, and VA standards
Ability to obtain VA PIV and complete VA security/privacy training
Valid US driver’s license and ability to pass NACI
