Description
PMA is hiring a Project Manager to lead large-scale aviation redevelopment construction projects at Dulles Airport. The role reports to the Program Director and manages project planning, scheduling, budgeting, site supervision, contractor and third-party coordination, QA/QC, risk and change-order management, contract administration, stakeholder communication, and project documentation. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field, at least five years of progressive AEC project management experience, and advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Primavera P6 or equivalent. The position offers office, work-from-home, or client-site work arrangements and a salary range of $112,649 to $132,363.
