Description
Polo is hiring a Project Manager to define, build, and deliver new technical solutions and upgraded business processes across multiple workstreams. The role coordinates internal stakeholders and suppliers, manages project plans and governance, leads cross-functional teams, monitors progress and risks, prepares reports, and supports senior management decisions. It is based at the Polo Cheltenham office two to three days per week, with occasional travel to the Polo London office, and requires experience in the Lloyd’s of London insurance market or a similar highly regulated industry, software solution delivery, business change, and full project lifecycle management.
