Description
The role manages and leads pharmaceutical API projects, including manufacturing-technology development, external CDMO projects, cross-functional coordination, team leadership, client communication, change and risk management, and process improvement. It requires at least five years of project-management experience, GMP manufacturing-process knowledge, project-management theory, English proficiency, and strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
