Description
Pref-Tech is hiring a full-time Project Manager to oversee complex installation projects from contract review and project kickoff through installation, commissioning, and post-construction submittals. The role manages multiple projects, budgets, schedules, vendors, change orders, quality and safety controls, customer communication, and project teams, while also coordinating with programming and other trades. Candidates need at least five years of project management experience, including two years in general construction or specialty trade contracting, along with access-control, intrusion-detection, video-surveillance, IP-networking, OSHA, and Texas security-license knowledge. The position is primarily office-based but requires 25–50% mobile or jobsite work, with possible nights and weekends, and includes a company vehicle, health and dental insurance, retirement matching, and an operational incentive program.
