Description
Prolec is hiring a full-time Project Manager in Goldsboro, North Carolina to support complex transformer manufacturing projects. The role serves as the primary customer liaison, manages multiple projects and priorities, coordinates engineering, operations, logistics, suppliers, and service teams, resolves issues and change orders, and reports project performance using SAP and Qlik. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, business, or a related field, project management experience in an engineered-product or manufacturing environment, and strong cross-functional communication skills; SAP, Power BI, project-tracking tools, IEEE/ANSI/NEMA standards, and power-systems or transformer experience are preferred.
