Quest Global is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex factory-building, equipment installation, commissioning, and full-production programs. The role coordinates engineering, facilities, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders; manages budgets, procurement, risks, schedules, quality, safety, compliance, documentation, and project closeout; and oversees multiple project teams. A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, extensive advanced-management experience, and knowledge of new-technology implementation and change management are required.
