Description
The Project Manager leads complex automation and paper-converting equipment projects from proposal through design, development, testing, implementation, startup, and commissioning. The role manages project plans, budgets, schedules, risks, resources, milestones, and cross-functional stakeholder communication; provides field support during installation and commissioning; and may lead engineering work and direct reports. It requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline, at least six years of experience leading complex engineering or automation projects and six years in automation systems, machine design, manufacturing equipment, or related engineering fields, and the ability to travel up to 40%.
