The individual will coordinate development, delivery, and testing phases, contribute to design changes, support development teams, and manage resource allocation. Responsibilities also include preparing project plans, providing training, identifying process improvements, resolving technical issues, monitoring technology trends, facilitating cross-business unit communication, and coordinating with external suppliers.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: proven experience of at least 3 years
experience in project management
managing IT deliveries
Preferred Qualifications: strong technical understanding
Responsible for coordinating the implementation of software changes for a specific IT area (Digital Channels)
Using both agile and traditional methods of change management
Project coordination of development / delivery / testing
Contributing to defining design changes, supporting, and coordinating the development team during solution integration
Planning human resources and distributing the workload of technical teams; estimating effort; planning allocations
Preparing a project plan for larger deliveries
Responsibility for training in the given area; successfully completing tasks with the required quality and on time, with appropriate documentation
Independently identifying possible improvements to existing processes
Taking responsibility for promptly resolving emerging professional and technical issues (and/or identifying potential risks)
Monitoring technology trends and independently searching for process improvements
Communication and coordination across different business units
Coordinating external suppliers
