Re:Build Tekna is seeking a Project Manager to oversee internal and external project deliverables from definition through closeout. The role develops project scopes, schedules, budgets, resource plans, risk assessments, and work breakdown structures; coordinates cross-functional teams, coworkers, vendors, customers, and stakeholders; tracks materials and progress; manages scope changes and project issues; negotiates resources; and improves project processes while ensuring projects meet customer expectations and fiscal parameters. A related bachelor's degree is required, along with strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, adaptability, customer-facing, leadership, and mentoring abilities.
