RWDI is hiring a Project Manager to identify, pursue, and secure new engineering consulting business while managing proposals, contracts, client relationships, project teams, delivery performance, financial activities, quality assurance, and industry innovation. The role requires experience in business development and project management within the engineering consulting sector, a bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field, knowledge of building design and construction processes, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to clients. Compensation is $100,000 to $140,000 annually plus a performance bonus and other benefits.
